Sometimes when running, vaulting, or just even walking inside of a building my character will go behind a door or wall that you are not supposed to be able to go behind and then will be stuck there and unable to get out.

Sprint, vault, go prone, walk, ect. Inside of a building up against walls, corners, and doors you cannot enter.
