Steps To Reproduce
Connect to server = > blurry view;
Press Esc => Blurry View;
Click 'Configure' => Blurry View;
Click 'Video...' => Sharp image.
Additional Information
Running a GeForce GTX 760 @ 1920x1200, all settings on max or one level below max. Antialiasing/AtoC/Edge smoothing disabled.

Something I've seen in addition to the blur is an almost all white view. Fix is the same for the blur but I see this just as much as the blurryness.

This happens to me every time I start the game. I just have to do the same steps, open settings, video, and it clears right up.

Yes, i get the white screen bug video too--especially when quitting to menu (white screen then persists if reconnecting to a game). Sometimes the white is tinged with bits of bright cyan/magenta and it looks almost as if the effect is being caused by the HDR tone mapping going out of control.
Like the blur, this can be instantly fixed by opening the video options (no need to change any settings).
