I think all signs should be reworked they are oft bad but lets wait for that till we got vehicles.

Signs are still important for when you're travelling on foot, especially if you don't have a map or do have one without a compass. I mean you could just cheat and google search a chernarus map but that really kills the whole immersion thing.
