One thing that has driven me crazy in this game is not being able to see what level my food, water and blood lvl is. Stamina would be an interesting thing to add, and can be increased the more you run....

Once again trying to make this real, but really this game is not real as zombies do not exist to start with.. Being able to see these things bring a better understanding on how my char is going... Blood level can be hidden and can be found out by blood tests.... but food and water you have to wait to see some text to come up... this is less real then being able to see it, because we know how hungry we are etc... and this game no idea until some text tells me...
