Randomly and quite often, when I look away, then look back up at the sun through trees or some sort of obstruction (usually if I haven't been looking at the sun for a while) it will turn black and clip really bad before returning to normal.

Looking quickly in several directions then directly at the sun.

I have an EVGA GTX760 4GB FTW graphics card. I've talked to two friends with the same graphics card (GTX760, different manufacturers though) who have seen the same issue.
