Changing/Launching a server results in catastrophic crash
Need More Info, WishlistPublic

Description

The most peculiar thing about the crashes is I am left with whatever screen i was on, with the mouse icon and the background noise. Even if I force close process through task manager, the process persists, and force closing further does not end the process. The game will ctd to desktop, and i will be left with no screen input, and the mouse icon.

tl;dr: Left with unresponsive screen with mouse icon. Cannot force close or exit game unless I log off/switch users/restart pc.

Steps To Reproduce

To recreate the steps, I will launch the game, with/without administrator, in/out of steam, let the game load, click change server, and anything i do after this will result in the game crashing. Same for joining a server via a friend through steam, pressing play, changing filters, or switching graphic settings.

Additional Information

Just to give some background information. I was able to buy and install the game before the recent 06/01/2014 patch. Played up until the patch was released, about 8 hours or so. Logged in the next day, game updated and thus began the constant crashing.

What I've tried:
-reinstalling directx
-updating battleeye dll manually
-uninstalling and reinstalling dayz
-verifying game cache
-running with optimized launch commands
-running through task manager
-enabling/disabling beta testing
-defaulting to stock settings
-running without antivirus/firewall on

Rig information:
-Wins 7 SP1
-i7 740QM (1.73 ghz, 6mb l3 cache) [clocks to 2.99 ghz)
-Mobility Radeon HD 5850 3.8MB
-8 GB DDR3

Please let us know in note section if you are still able to reproduce this issue in latest Development build.

If so, please send us dxdiag and files from this folder: "C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\DayZ\"

Can you pack the files in winrar and upload it somewhere?
When the *.rar will be smaller than 5.000KB, you can attach it here.
