Logged out on the balcony on the third floor of a city building. When I logged back in I was slightly to the right of my previous position as I logged in in mid air at which point I plummeted to the ground and died. I'd previously done this the day before at the airfield in which when I logged back in I was inside a building that doesn't actually have an inside, at which point I had to "jump" at the edge of the building to get out again.
