Just an idea: the item of the "apple" is in the game. There are also apple trees in the game (also right now this is just a texture).

I would suggest this: YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO COLLECT APPLES FROM A TREE

The same thing could work for kiwis, bananas and oranges but just not in the east-european-ish map of chernarus.
