Cant kill myself by jumping off buildings, cant use firearms, nobody can see me running around..

I was in a server, jumped to another one since the server was resetting. after i joined the other server i was instantly dead, and while i was dead (my buddy was joining, was watching the guys looting my fresh corps) that server was getting reset aswel..
when i relogged to see what my faith was, i was still alive but bleeding - couldnt use any of my items tho, im EXTREMELY desynced...

i managed to kill myself after jumping off the firestation like 10 times, that was after i waited half an hour inside the server to see if anything would react.

I dont know what to do now, it looks like im screwed cuz i cant 'play' and just walk around
