When I am around the local proximity of a friend (he resides in the UK, I am in the US) my game crashes. My brother and I both play on separate accounts on the same network and it happens everytime. Sometimes we crash individually, and it may crash either instantly or within up to 5 minutes. We have reproduced this about 8 times, and we have never crashed besides within being feet from this friend.

Steps To Reproduce
We walked around him multiple times, going to other areas to make sure we aren't just crashing due to the environment. We also skipped servers and waited an hour, the same thing happened.
