I like to goof around on DayZ. One way I do this is by making my character look as freaky as possible and make weird noise into the mic while chasing people. Steps To Reproduce
Step 1: Pull fists out.
Step 2: Look towards ground.
Step 3: Hold down alt and look all the way to the left or right.
Step 4: Sprint towards fence/building.
Step 5: Appear on other side of fence/wall like magic.

I've also found you don't need to have your fists raised. I glitched through the concrete wall at Green Mountain simply by turning my mouse very quickly while running along the outside of the wall. In my experiences, quick mouse movements while moving near a solid object sometimes allow you to pass through said object.

in my experience, you dont need fists up or to be looking at ground, you can just sprint through walls. it seems that you have to be pretty close to the wall/object to sprint through it.
