I went inside a house and went to the second floor when I came back down midway, The screen went black and said "You are Dead." The problem is that I don't know how I died because there wasn't a sound or a player to be seen or heard. I had lots of military loot and didn't feel like someone could take me out so easily. This has to be a bug that killed me because I was in an abandoned house and town.
