When starting the game the main menu sometimes has just a blur behind the text, this also happens when joining a server sometimes, you are in but the graphics are one big blur.
I found that pressing escape and choosing video in the setting suddenly fixes it. {F29462}

Hello,
Sorry to hear about your trouble. This is usually caused by having the -skipIntro and/or the -world=Empty launch options active. Try performing the following steps:
- Right click on DayZ in Steam.
- Select "Properties".
- Click on the button labeled "Set launch options".
- Remove the launch options and start DayZ.
