I dont know if its for alpha purposes but it seems that finding loot is extremely difficult especially water. It seems every town i go through im lucky enough to find a couple pieces of clothing and thats it. No water, No food, No weapons or tools. I hope this is just for alpha and testing purposes and not the actual drop rates.

Because loot doesn't respawn any more, this just means that people have been through the areas you're looking in and taken the loot already.
