Since the new server update (03.01.2014) everytime i am near a city i have massive ping problems for about 30 seconds. After that i get teleported throug the map and through objects. If you have bad luck you glitch into a house or under a floor.

Steps To Reproduce
I have a 1k internet connection. So i have about 120kpbs down and 20kbps upstream and the sever usually haveing a 30-70 ping. In every game and also till 2 pm cet i could play normally.
