I had a character with mainly the best gear in the game, i had spent 21 hours working on the character and i joined a lobby and i lost it, I tried joining other servers but i still didn't have my character. All in all, the game randomly can delete your character, it happened before and i fixed it by closing the game re opening it and joining a server, but if there is a reason it needs to be fixed.
