Stuck at the moment and can not reproduce
Additional Information
This happened twice on the same server, two different buildings. The first time it happened i was able to exit by opening a door from inside the wall, the second time i tried the same but did not work.

Also, please let me know if your character is on a Regular/Hardcore server.
