Sometimes run into a glitch were the sign to open the door isn't on the door. I usually have to spin around for a while till I find it, and then the door never opens.

Steps To Reproduce
Seemed to be in the same houses that were duplicates. I can usually tell if a door won't open simply because I can recognize the house.
Additional Information
I also found a house that didn't have stairs leading to the door. The only way to get in was by glitching through the porch, then opening the door and vaulting into the house.
