Unable to eat/drink or put items directly into hands from the environment. Emptying ammo from magazines in the environment loses the bullets. Items must go into inventory before interacting with them.

Would make sense to be able to pick up a can of coke or a banana and eat or drink without having to put them into your pocket first, especially if inventory is full.
