But there is a way to get into a secret bugg room in the military office building (I don't know if this works on all of them, yet) in Balota, a cross the barracks.
You can see the whole back of the building and also the left side (if you're outside) of the building.

Steps To Reproduce
You standing at the entrance of the building, just in front of the entrance door (the right door from the outside), and just running and vaulting into the wall in front of you. If you'll do it successfully, you will get into this little bugg room.
And to get out, you need to run and vault into the office room at the bottom. You should run and vault beside the desk, it should get you out from there.
