Many players are experiencing stuttering every other minute. The reason is that time is being reset, causing the server to change the time and also the weather which then gives us the stuttering. This means that a server with gameplay time 16.00 always will get be reset to 16.00. It never gets dark.
Since dayz is a survival simulation this is a big problem. It never rains (unless the server is set to rain at that specific time), gets dark, get foggy and so on.
