If a player is unconscious they should lie on the ground..but curently they are standing somewhere with a big bloodfontain, or sitting and floating around
this needs a fix

Also my friend was unconscious and i tried to heal him with a defribilator..but he floats away through a wall so i couldnt find him anymore ^^
