With a full inventory, no spare magazines, and a spare stack of 5.56 rounds, reloading an M4 that has an empty magazine will result in the magazine vanishing from the game.
The desired behavior in this case would be to drop the magazine on the ground since there is no space for it. However, instead the magazine disappears completely.
As described above, full inventory, no spare mags, and stack of 5.56 in inventory. I don't want to reproduce it yet because I've lost enough items already. I might do it in a 'later life', so to speak.
