lay on the ground
aim with right click

tested on two different computers with different cpu/gpu and different settings (both win7 64-bit though)

as AvelC and Vannes187 posted in notes this could be caused by backpack getting into sight range i wanted to try it but i forget to take it off while testing, i had hunter one in those screenshots posted above but i remember i had much worse "screen streaks" few days back when im sure i was using the biggest backpack
as well while taking those screenshots above i tried to change the different graphic details and options including FOW without any effect

I haven't tested it but I think it might be your head going into backpack or other clothing/equipment. I had this bug too but my screen went completely black. I had a mountain backpack equipped and I think I saw my head clipping into it before it went black.
This happened when going prone. No problems when crouching or standing.
Edit: similiar issue in http://feedback.dayzgame.com/view.php?id=1764 but with motorcycle helmet.

I had the same issue only the amount of graphical distortion was worse, it looked like the backpack was in the scope.
