DayZ SA completely freezes when I click anything in the server browser, but only after a patch has been released. I'm unable to end DayZ.EXE process and have to reboot my machine each time) - the exact same issue has occurred after 2 updates now.

My ESET firewall settings have not changed and have unblocked the dayz.exe too.

Previously I've been able to get around this by deleting the .EXE and then re-downloading it through Steam (indicating a corrupt executable) but this has failed with the current patch.
