You can get out by tring to go prone facing bottom of stairs.

I'd tried. - Not working

Try to press "V" when you are near a wall, preferable near in a corner.
When your character is outside the building (for just a second), logout immediatly. Next time you will be outside building probably. For me it works every time.

I tried to push "V" everywhere - without success...

I can't move even hand outside the building. It is like a glass wall

"logout immediatly" - impossible. Alt+F4 is not working, other choice not so fast

Confirmed, also happens when you try to move towards/open a non-enterable door on the second floor of the Military Building (Balota Airstrip, Green Mountain..)
