I usually change the key bindings to suit my keyboard and mouse. However it seems that it will delete all the settings whenever I re-load the game and even sometimes halfway through a session.

Additional Information
I am not sure in the exact way to reproduce the key bindings deleting halfway through a session. Generally I will be going through a town, then when I exit they will have reset/been deleted.
