after taking damage [shot or zombie], vision blurred, fixed the bleeding, but after eating and drinking, and staying safe, vision wont return to normal.

if I still have some type of injury, unable to workout what is needed to resolve. no way to discern the type of injury-illness. I check status, often for wether I'm thirsty or hungry.
