#1: Hanging onto a ladder looking for loot on the roof of the schoolhouse. I hear my character moan as if he broke a leg. A second later my character is dead. I did not move at all during this.
#2: Climbing up the ladder at the cherno apartments to get on the roof. Character at the top of the ladder falls back down and breaks leg.

The more common result is that the player dies.
