it only happened when i had my inventory configured in a certain way, but i did do this about 4 times with the inventory that way. I changed it and its fine, but i dont want this to happen to other people

Had the same problem. But only when i have the flashlight inside a Small Protector Case.

YES! thats exactly how i had it aswell!!!

i had it in a protector case which was in my backpack :o
