Sometimes when i hold a toggle button such as 'caps lock' for mic, it will keep the mic on and cannot be toggled back off until game restart. This has also resulted in me being stuck walking several times from holding down/pressing 'left shift' in quick succession.

This happens to me frequently. All of a sudden I will lose control of my character and I will be stuck running in one direction. No amount of button mashing, double clicking or cursing will stop it. I have to ctrl-alt-del then rejoin the game after the task manager comes up to stop it and regain control.
