I can't interact with any items in my inventory (just says Receiving)
I cant open doors or use the default V key to jump walls
I can move to different places and it will save my position on rejoin
I can be seen at the position I join a server at (but I dont move just stand there)
I dont draw attention of zombies (even if I spawn on top of them)
I hear ambient sounds (but not from other players/zombies attacking)
I do get hungry and thirsty (but really slowly, and it seems to be the only way to actually respawn)

Steps To Reproduce
This has happened at random, but it has also occured when I have; broke out of handcuffs, went unconscious, died (or should have died), when server restarts, or when I occasionaly join another server.
Additional Information
This bug sucks a lot, and in my most recent time I have had to sit and watch my screen across 2 days just to make sure I stay in a server (as they restart) and am getting hungry/thirsty. Beside the point that I was playing the game correctly and well (I was well stocked) the most recent happening of the bug occurred because I was handcuffed and after I was "broke free of the restraints" I was stuck for an hour trying to stand up (as it still registered I was in handcuffs) until the server restarted and the bug occurred.

*UPDATE* I had this happen to me when I put a full backpack in my backpack or something similar. Because the backpack only takes up like 20 slots in the inventory yet holds 35; I thought it was ingenious to store my backpack full of rations in my backpack. It seems like doing this for extended periods of times can desync you.
While looking in my player profile (in the Day Z directory) I noticed it might be because it doesnt actually save the contents of the bag within a bag.
Solved the problem by dropping anything that used the exploit, or "bagception" as I had termed it, and joined another server.

I think it happened to me too. Me and my friend figured this bag trick was a way to carry limitless items. He had what you described. I however have not been able to play at all since last session, 2 days ago. I simply time out when joining servers.
