I broke my legs (due to this bug in 4381 in a house in Zelenogorsk) and stayed in server for 5-10 minutes while debating what to do about the situation. Decided to log out for awhile. On relogging later that evening (same server, I believe) my legs were magically fixed.

Stick around for awhile to make sure there's time for a server update to the hive.
Leave server, return.

Fell through a second floor wall inside a Green house and broke my legs, got frustrated and took a 2 hour break. Once I logged in I no longer had broken legs and I could run around like it never happened.
