Uncertain what caused this. Happened with 3 different vests. 1 was 'worn' 2 were 'damaged'. Noticed at some point it was "pristine".

1 - Player was attacked with an axe. After this, player noticed vest was pristine.
2 - Immediately after, another player with PRESS vest checked condition, also pristine.
3 - Found 'damaged', wore for approximately 20-30 minutes and it was pristine.
