This is one of the reasons why players get pushed out of buildings.
Players can move eachother by simply walking onto one another. This causes players to get pushed inside of a solid object without any possibility of getting out.

Let your friend stand still in a building/by a fence, push your friend towards the wall -> Player gets on the other side/gets stuck in the object.
The zombies do the same. Zombies while chasing a player can push him by just moving.
Event Timeline
Just my opinion, but this is part of the realism. If someone collides with you, you move. If a player does, your player should move.
As always, there is a delicate balance between realism and gameplay.
Except this is more like entities moving each other in an uncertain way. You touch the person and he moves while with animation of standing still. This isn't how it works. There must be a force push in this case, not just by walking onto a person.
Exactly what Johnkok said. You can't just touch someone and push them this way. There should be some sort of force push in this case not just by running onto someone.
A force push, Mr.Darkness, would be a good thing to have in the game. For example, force push a zed back and take a swinging headshot or push a handcuffed player off of a roof with a nice animation for the execution. Not to mention it may be handy for the Friday Night fight nights in a warehouse. :)
Oops just saw this happen to me. I didn't understand the problem. Now I see, getting pushed through walls and such. Zombies clip through them and teleport too.
