[Movement] How Lag Affects Player's Movement

Description

Whenever a player lags or has a short/long lagspike while running he gets teleported forwards by a specific distance, depending on how long has the player ran.
This is a big issue due to the fact that you can get teleported out of a building or a rooftop.

Run while facing a wall/fence, wait till a lagspike happens -> you get teleported behind the barrier.
