When i tried to give vitamin pills to another player, it would say "force drink" in the top left corner, combined with a drinking animation and sound. After finishing this action the down left corner says "***player has been forced to drink" (or something similar, like the same text when giving somebody something to drink).

I dont think that is a bug. You are supposed to drink vitamins with water so that's why it says it like that. What is the effect after you drink them though? What is supposed to happen and what happens?

hm, i did not think about that, but you're right, that makes sense.
About the effect of giving the pills to somebody: As far as I know nothing happened, but I gave the pills named player just to try out, if you can give somebody the pills, not for the effect they would have. Also the player who was given the pills wasn't sick or extremly hungry / thirsty.
