It happened once to me and a friend. When we tried to look through our scopes using M4 and Mosin Nagant, it zoomed just under the scope showing us the back of the weapon instead.

Double right clicking when you are holding a weapon can very seldom result into this effect.
Additional Information
The fix is to exit and rejoin server.
