I tried to walk down the broken stairs of one of the new apartment buildings (southernmost apt building in Dubky afaik) I fell through the stairs into a dummy apartment first, then after attempting to vault out the window a few times I fell under the building. Escaped eventually by sprinting constantly against the negative side of the polys and eventually slipped through the collider, somehow, and got out. {F29213}

This is a permanent stuck issue which can be reproduced by normal exploration behaviour. I recommend increasing the severity and priority of this. Also the reproducibility should be always.
