Flashlights and head torches will continue to emit light from a point on the ground even with the flashlight/head torch no longer being there, as long as the flashlight/head torch isn't turned on again or equipped in the player's hands.

Steps To Reproduce
- Place flashlight/head torch on the ground
- Turn on flashlight/head torch
- Pick up flashlight/head torch
- Turn off flashlight/head torch
Light will continue to be emitted until the light source is turned on again or equipped in the players hands.
