Unable to defib an unconcious or dead character

Description

The option to defib a player doesn't come up if they are unconscious.
when they are dead It repeatedly showed up and disappears immediately.
eventually the option became selectable, but then said you cannot defib a dead player.

Have you made sure there's a battery in it first?

yes, the option popped up once the player was dead to use it, but then said you cant use it on a dead player.
