I ran into this while wearing a respirator and designer sunglasses. The helmet as show in the picture is clearly equipped on inventory screen (top right) but is not actually seen by other players or your self. In the picture it shows it on your feet but i had it like this for awhile and did not see while running or vaulting. {F29205}

Steps To Reproduce
It is the only time it has happend thus far. To the best of my knowledge have this.
1.Wear Designer Sunglasses and Respirator
- Wear Motorbike helmet
Motorbike helmet is equipped but does not show up on character's head but is clearly equipped in inventory screen.
Additional Information
The server i joined was not high ping. I had a 68 ping when i first joined and only desync'ed twice during my 3hr play.
Not high priority but felt i should at least report it.
