On the User's Tool Belt after a prolonged period of being idle, naturally, the tool belt disappears.
The bug if it may be a bug is that in the last couple of seconds before the Tool Belt fades out the items change to a Black Silhouette and then the Tool Belt disappears from View. {F29201}

Reproduced Sitting Idle 3 times, each time seconds before the Tool Belt naturally disappears Tools change to a Black silhouette.
