There's some stairs and plenty of them are on fire stations that have a problem, if you run up the towers stairs you get instant killed or you break a leg, theres others stairs that have this same problem but I can't confirm which of them have it, sometimes if you just walk up the stairs you don't get killed or break the lag and sometimes you still do, theres other normal houses/buildings that have this same issue.
