Basically I was attacked by a zombie, killed it, and started bleeding. After bandaging my character continuously cries out in pain even after taking pain meds. There are no visible messages or anything within the UI telling me that anything is wrong. After relogging my character stops groaning. This has happened to me twice in a short playtime.
