as i was crouching, i started to move toward a window, it was at night and i wanted to look out the window, but then suddenly i fell and hit the ground and died. it happened near one of the new military bases which name i didn't see yet, near the NW airfield. *similar problem happened when i was in a fire fight in cherno, as i proceeded next to the wall i ran into the corner and went through. was a red brick wall near the large industrial buildings.

The same thing has happened twice for me.
The first time I was on the hospital roof, was going to climb down and my character suddenly jumped down and I got "You are dead" -message.
Later I relogged into the game and all my stuff was still with me and apparently I didn't die after all.
The second time I was inside a apartment block, walking and looking for loot until my character teleported through the wall and died.
This time I didn't get to keep my items.

Similar thing happened to me, was in a look out tower crouched, when I stood up I somehow moved through the railing and fell to my death. :(
