When you take a full mag that is in you vicinity (left side of inventory) and right click empty MAG, the rounds will be unattainable and you will be left with just an empty mag.

Steps To Reproduce
Find a Full Mag on the ground or drop one on the ground from your inventory. While with you inventory up and MAG now on the left side, right click the MAG and click empty mag. The MAG becomes empty but the rounds are no where to be found.
Additional Information
Emptying a MAG on that is in your Backpack (Right side of inventory) all the rounds go to an empty spot in your backpack.
