For the first patch or two the game would run smooth for the most part(excluding looking at cities), but since the last patch there is an occasional stutter where my fps goes all the way down to 0. It seems as though this stutter is linked to the clouds because when I disable clouds in the video settings, the stutter completely goes away. Anyone who is experiencing this issue please give this a try to help confirm.
