When you drop an item on the ground and lets say you are on top of an object like a box, chest, ect
It drops it on the floor level and therefore through the object
Then it is impossible to interact with it to pick it up {F29129}

Go in a house
Go on top of an object (being very near it seems to cause this bug too)
Drop any item
Try to pick it up
