Hello, I was going to the roof of one of the appartment buildings near the hospital north of chernogorsk and when I climbed the ladder to the top, my character just fell down to where the ladder starts, didn't die but my character made that "huh" sound, meaning that he was hurt.
I tried it again but this time I tried to press V once I reached the top of the ladder to get on the roof but I fell down again and that time I died instantly.

In the attachment is a screenshot of cheno map showing which appartment building I was in, but I presume if they're all the same they will all be bugged. {F29124}
